Sunil Kumar Mishra, Deputy Commandant (Retd) brings over 38 years of unparalleled expertise in security, intelligence, and vigilance, gained during an illustrious career with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). A resident of Bhubaneswar and an MBA in Human Resources, he now leads Chandrachud Security and Vigilance Services Pvt. Ltd. as its visionary Managing Director.
With an extraordinary depth of knowledge in the security domain, Mr. Mishra has served in critical sectors such as Power, Steel & Mines, Coal, Defence, Ports, Oil & Gas, and the National Aluminium Company (NALCO).
His remarkable career includes a tenure with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Anti-Corruption Branch, Mumbai, where he handled high-stakes cases involving senior Group A officers. His expertise spans complex investigations of criminal misconduct, traps, and disproportionate assets, showcasing his precision and commitment to justice.
As a leader in one of India’s premier Central Armed Police Forces, Mr. Mishra has been recognized with some of the nation’s highest honours for his exemplary service:

Over 25 years of experience as a Managing Partner in the private security sector, where she played a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Her innate understanding of security dynamics and administrative expertise makes her a valuable asset in the field.
Kailash Nath Acharya

Kailash Nath Acharya, Assistant Commandant (Retd), a seasoned professional with 38 years of distinguished service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), brings an unparalleled depth of expertise in security management, specialized training, and airport security. A Postgraduate from Utkal University, he is a highly accomplished leader in the security domain, particularly known for his ability to drive transformational changes in the private security sector.
Served extensively in the Recruit Training Centre (RTC), Mundali, and National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Hyderabad, premier training institutions of the CISF.
He has designed and implemented innovative training modules that significantly enhanced the operational efficiency and professional skills of personnel. Specialized in security protocols, emergency response training, and threat assessment, making him a key contributor to the development of CISF’s training framework.
Commanded operations at International Airports, overseeing comprehensive aviation security measures and ensuring adherence to international safety standards. Gained expertise in access control systems, passenger screening, and anti-terrorism protocols, establishing a secure environment for millions of passengers. Recognized for his exemplary service in CISF with multiple awards and commendations, reflecting his commitment to excellence and dedication to duty.

Shubhransu Bhusan Mishra, Assistant Commandant (Retd) is having a vast working experience of more than 36 years in Central Industrial Security Force. Shri Mishra, a resident of Rourkela (Odisha), Educational qualification- MA, LLB is the Director of Chandrachud Security and Vigilance Service Private Limited. He has an in-depth knowledge in Security management. He has a rich experience of working in Power, Heavy Engineering, steel, Oil and Petroleum, Coal and mines Sector of Public Sector Undertaking and also a tenure in Recruit Training College, Mundali, Odisha. Shri Shubhransu Bhusan Mishra has an outstanding experience of working in Anti-Corruption Branch, CBI in Odisha.
He has investigated number of cases of trap, criminal misconduct and disproportionate cases involving senior Group A officers as accused and gained expertise in conducting investigations. Apart from this, while working in CISF, one of Central Armed Police Forces, he has been awarded President Police Medal for meritorious Service (2021). His deep understanding of security dynamics and strong administrative skills make him an invaluable asset in the field.
